Inspection of vessels of less than 15 metres
Fishing vessels of less than 15 metres overall length are to be inspected by companies approved by the NMA. This is to ensure that building and outfitting satisfy Norwegian regulations. Approved companies are private companies licensed to inspect fishing vessels below the 15 meter limit.
