Lunch-seminar: Does there have to be an accident?
The Norwegian Maritime Authority invites you to a free lunch-seminar on safety culture and attitudes during this years LofotFishing in Svolvær.
The question is: Should we delay working on our safety culture and attitudes until an accident happens on board?
Odd Sevland from the company HMS-Motivator has developed programmes for safety culture for both Statoil and large shipping companies. He also har personal experiences related to real-life accidents highlighting how important this work is.
Entrance is free, all fishermen and their families are welcome to attend. The seminar is in Norwegian, but further information in English is available onsite.
