Accidents and incidents are an important source of knowledge in the pursuit of better practises in the fishing fleet.
The NMA regularly publishes Lessons learned, a series that highlight diverse accidents on different types of vessels.The series is aimed at spreading knowledge to prevent similar accidents from happening again.
